Project of the Week: Point Edwards
A former Unocal tank farm in Edmonds has made way for the first phase of a $65 million condominium project.
Point Edwards is perched on hillside overlooking the Edmonds waterfront at 85 Pine St. When completed it will include a 8,400-square-foot clubhouse and 297 condominium units.
The first phase has 55 units in two three-story buildings, and is nearing completion. Each unit has its own private garden terrace, open floor plans and large windows.
The clubhouse will include a meeting room, fireplace, theater, kitchen, pool and fitness center.
Foundation work has begun on several other buildings, and construction on the second phase is just getting under way.
The 23-acre site will take about five to six years to fully develop.
The units range from 700 to 2,300 square feet and sell for around $300,000 to $1.4 million.
