The 126 units in seven different housing options at Crofton Springs are eclectic and diverse. They were designed to accommodate different social and economic needs. To meet the needs of such a variety of buyers yet maintain a consistent style, Weber Thompson incorporated a fairly traditional style of architecture and a warm palette of materials throughout the development contributing to the strong sense of community. Inside the homes flexible floor plans make the most of the smaller square footage, and allow inhabitants to live much larger than the square foot numbers suggest. All of the homes in Crofton Springs meet the Built Green Standard, and 37 of the homes meet King County's affordability requirements.
