Jeff is a Senior Principal working on Weber Thompson’s mid rise, affordable housing and senior housing teams. For over 25 years Jeff has been working in the Seattle area with a focus on residential design of every kind. His projects at Weber Thompson have ranged from custom homes to large condominium, apartment and senior housing projects. In addition to building design, Jeff focuses on project management, firm marketing and operations, including human resources and production standards. 

Throughout his career, Jeff has developed his expertise in creative land use solutions and complex entitlement processes with a particular passion for working with development partnerships and integrating mixed-use, and mixed income programs. In addition to using those skills to serve his clients, he also channels them into volunteer advocacy and public outreach work. Jeff has served on several non-profit boards and city commissions related to housing, urban design and advocacy including Great City, The Community Roots Hosing Foundation, The City of Seattle’s Urban Forestry Commission and ULI Northwest Regional Affordable and Workforce Housing Product Council.
