Harbor Crossing — Gig Harbor, WA
Harbor Crossing is a 29-acre community in Gig Harbor arranged on a central spine of green space that unites the homes. This compact development of 189 single-family attached and detached homes is a new kind of community for Gig Harbor. Weber Thompson designed several smaller neighborhoods within the larger community, including camp cottages on rose garden courts, courtyard clusters and houses arranged on greens. The landscape architecture team also designed several themed gardens, including a butterfly garden, a rain garden and a moon-viewing garden.
