Neptune Leasing Center – Seattle, WA
The Neptune is a mixed-use apartment building located in the up-and-coming South Lake Union neighborhood, an area transitioning from light industrial into an urban village with a developing bio-tech industry at its core. The client's objective was to deliver a hip, luxurious project attractive to young professionals working in the area and people who want to be close to downtown. Weber Thompson's interiors group designed a leasing center with two private offices for the manager and assistant manager, a display area with color and material boards so visitors may view the four available finishes packages, and a coffee bar just for serving potential tenants as they view the units.
