Solara — Seattle, WA
Solara is the client's response to Seattle's lack of affordable, hip living space. The client envisioned an urban community in a landmark building that would attract the young professional market. Weber Thompson took the idea of a community to heart, designing a 238-unit, mixed use project that circles around a landscaped courtyard with interiors that capture the renter profile. Additional space was set aside for resident activities such as a game room, mini-theater and Club Solara, a well-equipped fitness facility.
