Every successful organization has a well-qualified person positioned at the nexus of where the operations of all departments converge. Elizabeth is that point person for Weber Thompson. As the Principal overseeing Operations and Marketing, Elizabeth has led the firm for the past ten years to push the boundaries and continuously analyze and strategize new ways to both market the firm and run the daily operations.

Elizabeth’s variety of roles at Weber Thompson keeps her involved in every project designed, her favorite being The Terry Thomas. With it from beginning to end, Elizabeth’s major role was strategizing the project from an operational viewpoint and supplying the team with a thorough analysis. Being a part of the creation of The Terry Thomas was reward enough, but getting to experience the space everyday and use the little details placed in every room, to Elizabeth, is the true reward.

Holding over fifteen years of experience in strategic marketing and writing, Elizabeth has worked with companies such as Holland America, Weyerhaeuser, and Hogue Wine. She is currently the Washington State Deltek User Group Leader and was formerly on the board of directors of the Puget Sound American Marketing Association.
