Embracing the urban fabric

The tower’s design is inspired by the folding grids and urban fabric that defines the area, capturing that geometry in the massing, skin and landscaping to create a cohesive contemporary design that explores lighting and reflectivity as another material in its palette.

A vibrant pedestrian experience

Generous seating will draw pedestrians into an open space sheltered with planting and shaded by new and existing trees. Raised planters will allow for street trees and a green edge at the curb while curves in the landscape allow for a seamless feel.
