– Kristen Scott, Managing Partner
Kristen Scott
“There’s magic in putting together a great team; having a variety of perspectives makes for a stronger design solution. We have the privilege of creating spaces that enhance peoples’ lives; architects get to realize our thoughts out in the physical world – that’s a gift.”
Amanda Keating
“Act with integrity in all things. I prioritize integrity with everything that I do, and I think if you make a choice with integrity, it will always be the right one.”
Elizabeth Holland
“There is so much short sightedness in not proactively providing opportunities to everyone. Can you imagine what amazing buildings, spaces, ideas and companies we would have if women and minorities were allowed to raise their voices over the last few centuries?”
Jeff Reibman
“Advice I would give to anyone is just to lean into who you are and be honest about it. You’ve got a unique contribution to make, whoever you are. Explore enough to understand what you’re good at and what you love. Focus on learning and growing that and doing it well, and bringing your best to it every day.”
